Customer Compliment: Broken Light Leads to Happy Customer

Jerry ordered a solar lamp post light from us about a month ago.  He excitedly opened the package when it arrived – and found a cracked and broken mess.  Let’s here Jerry tell it:

Hi Kriss,   I received my new light yesterday and it is perfect. I am a very happy customer and want to thank you for your help and quick response to resolve the problem. I was very upset when I opened the original light and it was damaged, the box appeared to have been smashed. I was sure it was going to be a hassle to get the problem resolved; however to my suprise you resolved the issue right away.    My neighbors have inquired as to where I purchased the light and really like the look of the light. I will most likely be purchasing another light in the near future for the back yard.
