Just How Clean Are Solar Manufacturers?

A new organization is building a scoring system for solar panels manufacturers.  The scoring will take into account environmental, health and safety issues associated with the production
and disposal of solar photovoltaic panels.  Why is this important?  Well we are doing for every other industry now, solar power producers need to own to their own practices too.  Transparency is always good.
