At Solar Sphere our goal is to have satisfied customers that come back again and again. If you are dissatisfied with anything that you have received from Solar Sphere, please email us at Kriss@Solar-Sphere.com or call us 1-877-774-3730. We will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to track your return. Once you have been instructed where to return the item you are responsible for shipping charges back to that address. Once issued, RAN numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued and items must be received in that time frame. Please reference this number in a clear location on the outside of the package when returning product. The customer shall be responsible for the return of any unused product and agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof or delivery and insurance for the value of the shipment.
In the event of an error on our part we will provide a shipping account for you to use to return the items. All items are to be returned using the cheapest shipping option available.
Merchandise purchased through Solar Sphere may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the product You will receive a refund or credit towards your account, provided the merchandise is returned in the original packaging in new and resalable condition with the original blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. If any component of the returned product is missing, the return procedure is breached and Solar Sphere may reject the return or may choose to impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component.
*A restock fee will be charged for most returns. This fee varies and in some cases can be as high as 40% of the cost of the unit. Please contact us if you wish to return your items.
* *Custom built items such as solar power kits and engineered systems are are non-returnable.** Unless an error was made by Solar Sphere, shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one in accordance with the shipping company's policies and the manufacturer's return policies.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
We work hard to make your shopping experience at Solar Sphere an enjoyable one.
Lost or Missing Packages
We utilize primarily UPS, FedEx and DHL to ship our products to customers. Occasionally we will use other companies, you can contact our customer service department to determine which shipping company will be delivering your packages. Unless you the customer pre-requests a "Signature Required" delivery we rely on our shippers delivery confirmation via tracking numbers to determine that an order has been succuessfully delivered. Occasionally customers will order products and not require a signature upon delivery and the package will be left on door step, back door, etc and the customer will not find the package due to theft or accidental loss. In these instances we, SpheralSolar.com, will not take responsibility for the missing package nor will we grant a refund or replacement and you the customer will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company.
If you have any concerns that your order or package will be removed from your residence or business prior to your taking possesion after it is delivered we encourage you to call our customer service department at 1-877-SPHERE-0 (1-877-774-3730) or email Kriss@Solar-Sphere.com prior to placing an order and specifying you want a "Signature Required" delivery. This is an especially good idea for larger orders or if you have had problems in the past with missing packages. If you do ask us for a "Signature Required" delivery we will take full responsibilty of your delivery until the package has been signed for.
Please note that Solar Sphere does NOT offer product warranties. However, most of our product-manufacturers offer warranties that can be obtained independently from them.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited.
All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase.
Cancelling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 1-877-SPHERE-0 (1-877-774-3730) within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.
Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time
Solar Sphere reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, ommissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, instock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
We will never sell any customer's information to any third party. This is our pledge to you, our customer. Any information gathered on this site will be used only by Solar Sphere, except where specified otherwise. One month after your order is placed; your credit card information is automatically deleted from our database. Your privacy is our first and main concern. We understand that you want to be able to purchase Solar Power Kits online and not have to give away your personal information to do so.
