Are you a manufacturer?
No, we are not a manufacturer, we represent best-of-breed products from over 40 independent manufacturers. We focus on the customer sales and service while they focus on manufacturing and new product development.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states within the United States. We will also occasionally ship to certain International destinations but please contact our office in advance of the order to receive a special shipping quote.
How much is shipping?
In order to simplify the process at checkout, we include free shipping on many items. When free shipping is available, it will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart at checkout. For other items, you will see a calculated or flat rate included in the shopping cart at checkout. On occasion, especially for large palletised items, we will need to calculate a special rate for shipping. Please contact our offices in these instances in order to receive a shipping quote prior to placing your order.
Will I be charged sales tax?
If you live in Colorado, you will be charged sales tax. Other locations will be charged tax in certain situations where our distributors are located, but in general if you're not in Colorado you won't be charged tax. Sorry fellow Coloradans.
What are my shipping options?
Most orders will arrive within 7-10 days of ordering (2-3 days for order processing and fulfillment + 5-7 days for shipping transit time). When special order preparation is required, items are backordered or items are particularly large or bulky, delivery may take upwards of 30 days. On rare occasions, generally when items are special order or on backorder from a manufacturer an item may take over 30 days. In these extreme instances we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery interval.
Is my item in stock?
Most of the time, yes, we strive to only post items on the site that are currently in stock. However, we carry 1,000's of items from over 40 manufacturers, some items are custom made or modified for each order, and it's impossible to make sure that everything on the site is in stock. If you want to make sure it is ready to ship, please call us at 877-774-3730 or email us at email@example.com.
Can I get volume discounts, bulk pricing, or wholesale rates?
We love to help people go green, and that means we want to sell you large quantities of alternative energy stuff. So absolutely, we do this everyday. In order to help you best, please email the items you want with the SKU number (which can be found near the price of the item), and the quantity you want to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get a price to you within 24-48 hours.
I thought your name was Solar Sphere, LLC? Why do I now see Solar Sphere, Inc.?
We recently completed a business restructure where we changed from an LLC to a Colorado C-Corp in order to help further fund and grow the business. During that process Russell Shriver joined the company as the acting President and majority shareholder. Russell brings a strong background in technology marketing, sales and service; most recently as Vice President of Business Marketing for CenturyLink.

For Return Items:
Please contact our toll-free number to receive an RMA# and specific address information for the return item. We do not accept returns at the corporate mailing address. Each return will be sent to a specific warehouse location dependent upon the item in question. Solar Sphere, Inc. will not be responsible for items returned without an RMA or to an incorrect address.
