Solar pathfinder
The Solar Pathfinder is one of the most powerful and easy-to-use tools for solar design ever invented. This ingenious device will show you exactly where the sun will travel throughout the year and what objects you can expect to shade your panels over the course of the days and seasons.
By simply looking into the mirrored half-sphere, you will see a reflection of your site from the perspective of the solar panels. The underlying card, whish is location and latitude specific, will show you the sun's path throughout the year. With these two visuals you can determine where any PV power system should be located for optimal sun and minimal shading.
The pathfinder is also great for locating sun rooms, green houses, and skylights. All items come with the location specific path card, and you can choose to add a case and/or a tripod.
